Best pho I've had in a while! Thanks
Better-than-average Vietnamese pho place. They do have a lot of other dishes on their menu. The place is usually crowded in the afternoons.
I had the tofu ham vermicelli, very good, one of the best.
Great Food!!! And great portions for the price. Today was my 1st visit and it was great. The people were nice. I will visit again. 😋 yum!
My favorite pho restaurant in Virginia. Been going for over 10 years now
I've been there several times. Very good pho. Gets crowded by 12:15 or so. Will have to try other menu items.
Food was alright for me, but alot of people do go. The price of a soup is about $12. The waiters are friendly and nice.
Great service on a busy rainy day at lunch. Egg rolls were a bit greasy but the pho was good.
This is my go-to pho location when I am craving pho. The service is very attentive and the quality of food is superb. However, one of the servers can be rude depending on the day but the quality of food is good enough to cover that. If you want some warm broth that can warm up your cold body I definitely recommend this place.
Do yourself the best favor ever and buy there food! It was AMAZING !! fresh hot and so many flavors. Ordered take out and they really packed it on ! Vemecilli pork bowl is the way to go:)
It is no easy feat to find good vegetarian pho. Most places don't offer it and many that do, don't quite make it to my liking. Viet House makes my absolute favorite vegetarian pho. It has amazingly fluffy tofu and delicious vegan ham. I am willing to drive 20+ minutes just to get my pho here. Their service is fast and all the food is delicious.
Breakfast with sliced roast pork and milk Milk delicious
Not only is this food really good, I love that you can be in and out. One of my favorite places to go for lunch!
Great atmosphere, great pho!
It's a typical Vietnamese noodle place with dirty tables and condiment bottles. Service with frown and quality of food is inconsistent. But the portions are good and pho is, most of time, better than other pho places. 4 stars is best I can do. I haven't come across many Asian restaurants that I can give 5 stars. I may have to lower my expectations for Asian restaurants if I want to give 5 stars to Asian restaurants.
Terrible service. The staff are ignorant and rude. At check out, the cashier charged more money than what’s on the menu. When I pointed out, he showed me the menu which (unfortunate to him) proved I was right. He then insisted that the waiter had informed me before ordering. Well, the waiter could barely speak and understand English. He first took wrong orders from us. Later on when I asked for a spoon and a bowl for my daughter, he first brought a bowl, then took the bowl away, and come back with a spoon... terrible experience. I will not go back again. The food may be good, but I dare say there are plenty viet restaurants in the area serve as good food, if not better, and with much friendlier and better-trained staff.
I can't believe this place still exists! I was in high school last time I visited here. The pho still tastes great. I should try takeout for lunch since I work near this place.
Love the fact that they open at 9:00 am on Sunday. I ordered a Eye round steak with Tripe Pho and it was good but is lacking more pieces of meat. It was gone before I knew it and found myself digging through my soup for scraps.
Been meaning to try out this place for a long time , finally ate lunch here on my birthday! Walked in on a weekday so getting a table was a breeze. The rice crispies and Mushroom curry mousse was fantastic - unusual flavor yet familiar. Papaya salad was a big let down , too spicy, didn't finish it. Vegetarian noodle soup was good, flavorful broth, crunchy fresh and the tofu was well prepared. Blue flower limeade was a bit too sour. Interesting menu , will come here again to try other things and may be eat some non vegetarian next time :)
Amazingly fast service and great food!
Great and fast service, very delicious and good food !! Would definitely recommend this place. However, the price is very suitable. Will suit your pocketbook. But definitely a place to experience!
this has been my go-to pho place for the last 15 years, partially based on location, but the food is also pretty good. never had a disappointing bowl of pho. service is always super quick.
The taste of the food is authentic
Excellent pho. Read ingredients before ordering! I typically stick to chicken, beef, or vegetable pho, but more exotic Vietnamese options are there too. Quick informal service, average meal $15 to $20 with an appetizer and drink. Recommended!
Nice pho and viet coffee
Once again the best Vietnamese Pho restaurant in all of Virginia and possibly the East coast. I’ve dined at Vietnam House in Fairfax for over ten years and it still remains the best in my opinion. The chicken broth is simply flavored perfectly and you’ll want to drink the bowl at the end. There are a lot of Pho restaurants but only one is the best! Vietnam House in Lee Highway!
Delightful Pho...great cozy
Loved the Pho and spring rolls. The service can be a bit better, took them a while to refill our drinks. But great price and will be coming back.
Yummy. Simple meal. Caramelized pork belly with white rice. The pork belly was melt in your mouth and perfectly flavored. Just the right amount of sauce. Every bit was a little piece of heaven... Or maybe it was Hell because that pork belly can't be good for you... Every bite was so rich and satisfying it must be sinful. I want more. This place has a small menu and is extremely busy.
I used to love coming here! My husband and would come here regularly and when we had our baby we wanted to continue the tradition. Unfortunately, our last two experiences here haven’t been good. One where we brought in our son and we were treated as a problem instead of guests. Our son behaved very well but I guess the weather wasn’t trying to deal with it. The lady time we ordered food to go, we overcharged for our meal and we weren’t given the entire meal! So unfortunately I’ll be finding a new place! They need to have a better attitude and treat families better!!!!

Hello. Please give our thanks to the Manager(s) and others for the wonderful room and bottle of sparkling wine for our Anniversary stay. We had an amazing time. The room was so comfortable, the food at Echo absolutely spectacular (we ate two meals there). Our waitress was just wonderful. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place!
Not good. Gave me raw meat even though I said I wanted it cook. Never going again.
Very good Pho
Our Go-to Pho joint! Love this place. It's way better than Pho today which is across the street. The Pho at Viet House is delicious, hot and ready fast!
I love eating variety of Pho here because the both is really, really good for beef, chicken, etc... flavor, grilled pork, beef, chicken on noodles are great too. Latte ice coffee is reasonable price and strong. There many great items on the menu to choose.
We had lunch here a few times while visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. The view with our delicious wine and lunch. Must try!
Food comes out fast and nice amount of selections! Food is yummy too.
I have been going to Viet House for 15+ years and it is my favorite restaurant in Fairfax. The restaurant is extremely clean, the food and service is amazing. You will not be disappointed, please check out Viet House!
Great Pho, depends on the day or server you might get good service.
I usually have to shove my food down my throat because I'm a plumber running back and forth. After doing some work for them and seeing how clean they kept the kitchen. I had to ask for some food. They gave it to me for free. Man that food was so good. Just the broth itself you could smell the aroma of all the leafes and herb's that go into making it. The meats were tenderized I had to eat it slowly just to enjoy every spoon full. Thank you guys.
So rude. I never gonna go there. Taste is not bad but the treat of costumers are unacceptable. Not recommend.
Diverse menu, eye-catching dishes
The taste of pho was not bad, but the service of the employees was too rude.
We were having a dinner with my wonderwul wife lasten Sunday night. The view from restaurant was amazing - - You can see the Baltic Sea and beautiful sunset.Waiter was truly professional.Food was well prepared, tasty and looked really nice.I can highly recommend PHO for food lovers.
GREAT WHEN IT RAINS
The food were amazing - I ordered mushroom in a can with crispy rice. That one is my favorite. So creative and creamy. We also tried pork belly. It is good size for 3-4 people and again, super delicious. We also ordered beef curry. I can feel the beef melting in my mouth...And don't forget to try their iced tea and cocktails. Worth the wait.
Best pho in the area and quick service.
We love the taste of the pho at Viet House. We also love the spring rolls and the summer rolls. They also have a delicious grilled pork. Whenever we're in the mood for pho, Viet House is our first choice.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special PHO was great (even took photos so we could try to replicate at home).
